Court upholds guilty verdict of Dr. Joel Mendez - admin - 06-01-2019
Dr. Joel Mendez tax case has been upheld by Court of Tax Appeals.
The case steamed from non-filing of income tax for the year 2001.
"Such act of non-submission of accounting records and documents is proof of willful and deliberate intent on his part to suppress evidence that would be adverse to him"
